Hello, I'm joining a Foreign bank in their Corporate and IB group, but I want to work for a more traditional investment bank. I don't care much about prestige, but I'm more concerned about gaining experience and potential mobility. I know it's going to be challenging given the current environment, but I would like to hear advice on how to move forward and what I should focus on or start doing to achieve my goal.
