Ask questions. Show analysts and associates that you care.
Don't be a kiss ass.
Try and be there as early as possible and don't try and compete with the other SA. Be yourself and show them that you could be a fun and good guy to work with for the next few years.
Try not to sleep during 3 days, it will be a good exercise

Doing an off-cycle at an EB, and got positive reviews from senior analysts, associates, and MDs, so I guess I'm doing something right. Here are the tips.
That's all about it. Just work hard and have a good attitude, and it will show to people that you are at least a competent intern.
Off-cycle virtually are you still getting real work? Or is it filler BS? Curious if this summer we'll be getting actual work or not.
