Advice for Sophomore
Hello Everyone,
I recently started preparing for IB and I have been networking and reaching out to alumni and senior members at my target banks. I am also going to be attending the insights series for GS and Santander and have a bunch of coffee chats, but I know I am late and recruitment for a lot of 22 positions are already over, but fortunately, I will be graduating on December 23, so I also have another summer to try again, Which is why I was wondering if there are any early-insight diversity program I could apply for and what should I do to help secure an internship for summer 22 and 23?
okay hold up, so are u 100% graduating in dec 2023? Cuz if so u arent eligible for 2022 positions for "junior summer", because that would then be ur sophomore summer. If you can move ur graduation to may of 2023, then I would just hustle through the rest of this year, get a good spot, and be done.
