Advice for the first 90 days @ BBH

Here we go, so I have gotten my foot in the door at a traditional finance shop with a long history of servicing investors. I am working in Client Services and have been wondering what the best way to tackle the first 90 days. I'd like to take excel courses to boost my skills and study for the SIE to make myself more of an asset. I am extremely grateful and honored to be apart of BBH. Now that I have gotten my foot in the door, I want to make sure that I do everything I can with bright eyes and bushy tails. I was wondering how other people approached similar concerns and what they did to get ahead. After my first week I have told myself that I need to get better at Excel, customizing my laptop to make sure I can navigate through quicker, and studying for my SIE.
