Advice needed: Bank technical ba VS Tier 2 ish consulting grad scheme

I am debating between two offers, and cannot come to a definite conclusion and deadlines for contracts are beginning to come around.

  1. Bank- technical business analyst- better pay and cheaper starting location.  However solidly MO which might limit me longer term possibly- although the work does seem interesting.
  2. Consulting- decent firm not b4 but very big in tech implementation space. Salary is about 20% less starting out but promises growth and is fairly comfortable still. Seems to be a bit faster paced.

Any thoughts would be helpful!
