Advice needed for deciding between 2 job offers

I recently received 2 offers and am torn between them.

Offer 1: Sr. Data Analyst in Fraud Analytics at a retail bank, to be based in Wilmington, DE
Offer 2: MBS Product Analyst at boutique Asset Management firm, to be based in Coral Gables, FL.

Pros of Offer 1 :
I have family near DC area so choosing it will allow me to stay close to them. Starting at a higher level than the entry. Base salary is about 25% to 30% higher; very good benefit package; large corporation allowing lateral movement; promotion from within is pretty fast.

Cons of Offer 1:
Exit opportunities could be limited.I have gone through CFA Level 1 and FRM Level 1 and plan to work on them further. This job role will not get me the work experience to get the Charter for CFA and FRM.

Pros of Offer 2:
job functions are more relevant to Finance (i major in Finance); offer from boutique asset management firms is hard to come by; may lead to wall street in future; very competitive offer for an entry level position in FL; nice location close to Miami; nice weather;

Cons of Offer 2:
too far away from family; I'm 31 and might be too late for the show.

I would appreciate any advice regarding these 2 distinct career paths.

Thank you.
