Advice on unique situation please...

I am needing some advice on making a move in my career...

My situation:

25 years old Top 30 university (non target) Graduated highest honors (3.75) Played collegiate sport Played professional sport for 2 years

Currently working in private client (retail financial advisor) at a top 3 firm.

Want to make a switch and get 2 years analyst experience and head to a top b-school.

I am in Atlanta and would like to stay in Atlanta for the next 2 years, so looking to get an analyst role at maybe a boutique ib in atlanta or some other role that would build my resume for top b-school as well as build skill set for job placement after b-school.

Ultimately I would like to go to b-school and come back to Atlanta.

Questions:

-How hard will it be for me to get an analyst role? -I understand I do not have modeling experience, will this hurt me? -Will my age (25) hurt me since I will be competing with recent college grads?

-How can I enhance my chances of landing this type of job? -Anything else I should be considering? (any specific firms in Atlanta?)
