After On-Campus Recruiting Interview- Interviewer/HR Mgr. wants me to formally apply through the website?
After interviewing on campus with a mid-sized accounting firm, I received an email from the interviewer/ recruiting manager stating that she wants me to formally apply through the firm's website (even if she had my resume on hand and officially applied through my uni's career website) and to not hesitate to ask any questions. Does this mean anything in terms of my candidacy status? Is this kind of like a "we'll keep your resume/application on file for future reference" sort of thing?
