after submitting the resume
I will be graduating from college and I am currently applying for a business analyst position at McKinsey outside of the states. Our school is one of those targets and they asked us to submit our resume/transcript online before the end of March. MY question is should I still use some networking? I know 2 people inside the firm but dont know if it's necessary to "bother" them for this since HR should review the resume from our school.
Yes. Always network if you can, it will definitely help if you make a good impression. It may be the difference between getting the interview or not.

why not network, it wont hurt if you build a good connection beforehand.
