AIG Interview- Underwriter Analyst

Hi WSO,

I did a interview with AIG recently for a underwriting analyst position. The experience was interesting as it was all behavioral. I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience with a AIG underwriting application and if they received a job offer? How long did it take for a offer? Also, considering that I interviewed with all people that were suppose to interview me and my competition only interviewed with half of the people they were suppose to interview, do I have a good chance? Probably a silly question, but any thoughts of the experience as well as their view of the firm would be nice. Thanks.

So I am guessing your more so managing their risk? So you won't be underwriting lending, but looking at credit risk. As far as you having more interviews, it could actually be because you were on the fence and they had additional interviews to get more information. Again, its just way too hard to determine. All you can do is wait now.
