Almost 2 years unemployed because of health issues

Hello guys, I wanted to ask you for some advice about my situation.

Almost 2 years ago i graduated (top of my class) from an MSc in finance from a non-target in the UK but, after graduation, I had some serious health issues that didnt allow me to work, until now. I didn't have any relevant work experience and my bachelor was not great, hence the MSc, so my plan was to use this opportunity to find an internship and start from there.
Now I know that i'm in a really though spot so I was hoping for some advice from someone with experience.

My end goal would be to get a job focused on investing , repe acquisitions or trading ( I know), so I thought that my only chance is to get into a decent MBA program. What kind of job do you think I could have a chance of getting now and what should I try to achieve in order to be, in the end, where i want to be?

Thanks.
