Already accepted an offer for 2021, Should I tell my Bank this Summer?

I've recently accepted an offer for Summer 2021. This summer, I'll be interning at another bank. I was wondering if this is something that I should keep to myself or if it is okay to discuss with my team? I don't want them to have any negative impressions about me and I still plan to work very hard and learn throughout the summer. Should this be disclosed before the summer starts, in the event that they give me a return offer that could have gone to someone else? Anyone else been in a similar situation?

That last part is very commendable. Wouldn’t mention it broadly, only talk about it to people you are close to/would at least talk to you about it before telling others

Had this same question and was wondering what to do if they ask about plans?

people did this at my bank last summer and got in trouble for it, no reason to do it, if someone deserves an offer they’ll get it, you’re not taking up their headcounts especially for sophomore summer intern (assuming that’s your situation)

No unless you wanna show you are the biggest swing dick in the office which is not applaudable for an intern. But way to go to earn an offer this early, what’s your story
