Hey im an analyst 1 working in TMT in London
Looking to lateral to a bigger firm (so i can have better chance at PE recruitment) was wondering when the best time to move - when do firms do the most hiring or is it just random?
(summer, after 12 months experience, after bonuses next year, shall i wait till im more experienced?)
