continuum is an outsourced indian subsidiary..
This is Hyderabad office right? I work in operations in the States and and aware of many clients being outsourced to Hyderabad. The front office is in Mumbai as far as I know. Moving to front office is as difficult in India as it is in the States ( most are recruited from top schools in India). MBA could be an option.
