Annoying

Is there some good reason why all of the online application forms let my upload my resume/cv and then proceed to make me type in my entire work history and degree details other than to waste my time? I mean its already all on the resume... just getting a little tired of doing this over and over again.

Just wait until you apply to business school. You'll need to list every single extra-curricular activity and past FT and PT job you held since college, including descriptions of the company, your job function, accomplishments, and why you left. Also -- they have the copy and paste feature disabled. FML

GoodBread:
English apps might be the worst. You have to list every class and grade you received in college.

GoodBread, those are the ones I'm filling out.... quite ridiculous because I've had like 40 classes. Gee wonder what might make it easier, how about "upload unofficial transcript"?
