Any chance at healthcare IB?

Been learning more about healthcare IB and am curious to see if I have the right background for getting into the field. Rising senior at top public, no finance experience or summer internships (did research every summer), life science major, PBK, published in high-impact medical journal, significant leadership experience (in a non-profit, volunteering organizations, etc.). What steps do I take this fall during recruiting season to get a foot in (if it is possible to)? Is there a shot at getting FT offers for next year w/o internships?
