Any rotational/development programs in CRE?
Do any of you have any knowledge of rotational programs for new grads? I'm a rising senior looking for REITs, development firms, and REPE firms.
Corporate finance and some other financial careers seem to have a bunch of companies that have these types of programs, but I can't find anything for CRE.

There used to be a lot of these before the '08 crash, but budget cuts took at ax to many of them. A firm has to be pretty large to have one. I've heard of some places letting interns 'float' between departments, or new hire analysts getting dual assignments (like 50% to one team, 50% to another, but this is often for budgeting purposes) for first year, but in general these programs are ad hoc and not formal.
If you are looking for multiple experiences in a firm, try to intern in different departments, seems most practical way to achieve this right now.
