Any tips for the Blackrock virtual cover letter?
I am a first year undergraduate finance student and I have just submitted my application for spring insight week at Blackrock and they’re asking me to complete 2 hirevue video interviews Anyone have any tips on what to say or what to discuss Open to any suggestions
Just check the most asked ones and prepare a small speech preferably quoting personal experiences. They are usually about your background and strenghts/weaknesses. There is also a famous WSO post about this topic
