Any tips please

I am applying to summers, at a target uni doing econ and I can't get to assessment centre at all. I had quite a few first and second rounds but did not progress from there, and considering many firms are finishing recruiting, I don't know what to do. I have uni committee positions and a few springs and I pass the tests/hv but when it comes to an acc person im screwing up and idk what im doing wrong. What are my options if I want to break in and I don't get anything? Thanks

Yeah - OP’s writing style is very unclear. I’m surprised he/she got into a target.
