Any tips recruiting for Dallas IB?

Hi all, I'll be entering my sophomore year at an east-coast target school with an IB internship this summer and a private equity internship during the school year by freshman year. That said, I'm looking to recruit for Dallas, as I know its growing (GS said they are going to be offering 2028 summer analyst role) and I'm from the region, just not Texas. Just curious how I should approach recruiting in this region, as it's newer and less traveled. Thanks.
