Anyone recruit with "invisible disability"
Does anyone here have experience going through IB SA recruiting with an "invisible disability"? I have a cognitive condition (ADA certified disability) that's managed with medication. For those in similar situations, did you choose to disclose it on your internship applications? Im concerned about stigma surrounding mental conditions, so I'm not sure if it's worth disclosing. I know GS has a program for disabled applicants- anyone have experience with it or similar? Thanks
