Anyone who lateraled successfully willing to share their experience?
I'm trying to lateral but I think I'm pretty stuck in the process. How long does it usually take? How long does it take to hear back from HR after the first interview? Any advice in general? I hate where I am right now and I'm close to quitting all together.
