Applying for multiple internships with different graduation dates

Hi, Im looking at applying now going into my final year. I was wondering if one would get auto dinged by the system should I choose to apply to two positions in the firm in the same division. One summer internship and one graduate role (they are for different locations). As one is an internship which only take penultimate years, I would have to put a further graduation date with intention for a masters and a separate date for the graduate role. Would this be ok from any past experiences you guys have?
