Applying to a company again, how long to wait?

My CV/Experience has changed for the better (direct and relevant), and I can understand why I was rejected before. I think differently now, I know it's weird to say, and believe I stand a stronger chance of getting the job. I'm not applying to the same office (different country, same continent), and the company is under new management.

I got through to final round last time (November 2010), job is entry level trading position (analyst at a prop firm - top tier).

I really like this company, the culture, the people and its ethics, but should I wait?
