Applying to non-profits
Any specific conventions that I should be following? My resume/cover letter are rather bankified and I don't have any experience with non-profits.. what are they looking for?

what kind of non-profit are we talking? if it's like red cross you don't really have to show them much..
Totally depends on the type of nonprofit. It's ok to have finance experience, but be aware nonprofits are hurting as well right now, so it might not be as easy as you think. Try adding something to your resume to show relevant experience, or at least that this isn't the first time you've taken an interest in nonprofit work.
A rather prestigious and selective organization, looking for people with business experience.
Just looking for general tips from people who have applied/interviewed at non-profits before.
You're applying to that CLC position in TFA, huh?
