Appropriate S&T Coffee Chat Attire for Meeting w/ Analyst?

I will be meeting this week with a female first year S&T analyst from a BB (GS/MS/JPM) for coffee. I was wondering what would be best to wear as a woman. I've seen varying advice on this for guys but was unsure if as a woman I might have more leeway (i.e.: a nice dress and pumps as opposed to a suit), especially since she and I are so close in age. Would it be weird/overly formal if I showed up in a suit or is that the way to go?
