Are first rounds sent out in waves?
I am very late to recruiting/networking this year but trying my hardest at this point. I was wondering if first rounds are sent out in waves? Or is there normally just one first round? Is it worth it to try to network if the first rounds have already gone out? Assuming I have already applied online and the application is shut.
