Are there any consulting courses?

I currently work at a small/med sized company and looking for a jump to the big 4 potentially.

Any suggestions as to what it takes to make my resume more attractive when applying? I've seen a lot of courses on Coursera and other platforms. Please suggest the route you have taken or skills that you think are important.

I want to move into a Management Consulting role. I have about 2 years of experience in digital strategy consulting, so ideally not planning on restarting as an intern for MC again.
