Are there any investment banks in NYC that hire non-targets?
I was wondering if there are Any NYC IBs that hire students who didn’t go to name brand colleges like Harvard or Columbia. Would you mind naming a few?

Most banks do not hire only from target schools. Semi targets like UVA, Chicago, Indiana, Duke, etc. all have significant alumni bases in New York. Truly non-target schools that don't have top 25 business schools are usually not going to have the alumni bases to funnel kids into IB. There are always a few though; two of the best guys I worked with came from Liberty U and Cincinnati. They just had to work incredibly hard to get there.
