That's where networking comes in. If you can say you've spoken to so and so that covers the 'Why this Bank?' question. Otherwise, it will have to be about their culture and values or particular areas they're strong in..
Would also like to add that no two banks are remotely the same even if they're both BBs. Others can attest to that.
