Asking HR about an internship that isn't offered
Hi,
I was hoping for some advice about asking for an internship when there is no established internship program offering. I have talked to two analysts at this IB and now have a talk with a HR lady, I really want to work there and how do I go about asking if they would allow me to do an internship? Is this okay to ask and how do I ask such a thing?
I am in my final year of university/college without a job lined up and would love to have this on my CV and ideally work there. I need help, suggestions & approaches are much appreciated!
