I am actually curious as to what asset finance actually does, if you think you could provide some color.
I personally would recommend, you do your experience and learn the function/operations during your internship. Find the individuals that are willing to guide and help your transition to get recruited for the next season ibd. Then take away the key skills you learned during your time and how they could influence you to become a good banker.
