B4 Valuations vs Banking Valuations

I have two great opportunities, one at an upper B4 valuation firm and another at one of the main valuation banks (HL, Kroll). I am looking for some advice on what I can expect working at B4 vs Val bank. What are the Pros and Cons of each. I am not really sure what opportunity is better.
