Background screening. How much do they share with your prospective employer?
During background screening pre-internship/FT does the company conducting the screen share any of the information you provide with your prospective employer? Or do they only flag something to them if something does not check out?
For example, If I tell the screeners I worked at XYZ Co and this checks out, is this shared with my prospective employer? I have been under the impression that whatever you say on your application to the background screening companies is confidential and is not shared with the new employer. Can anyone confirm?
