Bad Networking Questions?
Was on a call with an analyst today and I asked him the usually starter questions like how did you choose the firm and what did you do to prepare for recruiting. And he made it pretty clear he wasn't interested in those and called them generic and that everyone has different recruitment techniques. Any insights on what are good questions to ask in networking????????????
I generally start by stating my background then asking if they’d do the same. They always say how they got into banking and usually how they landed at that bank.
