Bad Targets?
Saw a thread earlier about targets/schools in general that hirers/recruiters have bad experiences with. I’m curious to hear more. Given that schools no longer are looking for the smartest kid, it would be interesting to see what recruiters think.
My school’s been removed as a target from DB’s list because of how bad the return offer yield rate is. One year only 1 of 7 SAs who got returns accepted the offer.
