Banking technology roles... in need of advice

I'm a rising college senior very interested in technology-oriented roles (business analyst, tech analyst, etc. not development) in banking. What should I know? Which banks are the best for this? How can I get in? I understand many banks (Cap One, JP, etc.) are starting to invest heavily in technology and I want to be a part of that.
