Banking/Consulting Networking Opportunity this Saturday in NYC
The NY Young Professionals chapter of the American Indian Foundation (AIF) is throwing a benefit this Saturday, March 1st to benefit the Rickshaw Bank, a livelihood initiative that uses qualified microfinance tactics to improve the lives of Rickshaw pullers. The target audience for the event are young professionals in finance (banking, private equity, and hedge funds primarily) and consulting. In addition to a great event - featuring dinner, a comedy show, and an OPEN BAR, there will be an opportunity to bid on lunches with AIF trustees including:
Rajat Gupta - Former head of McKinsey, director at Goldman Sachs, and advisor to the United Nations Secretary-General
Chip Kaye - Co-president of Warburg Pincus and Chairman of the US-India Business Counsil
There will also be a chance to bid on other silent auction items, such as tickets to the AIF gala (featuring Jeff Immelt - CEO of GE and Mukesh Ambani - Chairman of Reliance Industries?),2 round trip tickets to India, custom fitted shirts for men, La Mer skin care products, and gym memberships.
All proceeds will be donated to the Rickshaw Bank.
