So I applied for two S/T jobs a Barcap two weeks ago on the website and have been checking my application status periodically. I noticed my application status for the first role went from "Hiring Manager Review" to "Interview Process" and "Progress to Next Stage" for the second one on Friday but I haven't heard anything from HR. Is this normal? I'm just hoping for the best right now, but would like to know your thoughts.
