BB Sales Assistant Interview

Hi - I wanted to ask for any interview advice or experiences about a front/ middle- office sales assistant interview at a BB. I am currently working in the middle/back office of a different BB bank and have been requested for an interview for a front office job at another bank. I wanted to know if the questions for this position will be similar (STAR, tell me about your experience, behavioral, personality) to what I previously experienced, or will the questions be much more intense and very knowledge based about types of securities? Additionally what are the salary ranges I would be looking at for this position? Any advice, experiences, and comments would be greatly appreciated!

"The U.S. Associate program offers an opportunity for recent college graduates interested in finance and investment banking to actively participate in this fast-paced and challenging industry. We provide our U.S. Associates with the tools necessary for professional growth and career advancement. The U.S. Associate experience fosters the opportunity to connect with people who can help guide your career. The U.S. Associate position will be available for a maximum of 2 years. The goal of the U.S. Associate program is to develop the ideal candidate into a full-time position at the end of the two years.

Responsibilities

Gain an in-depth knowledge of products
Develop an understanding of the banks’ financial institutional client base and their buying behavior
Develop a basic understanding of the legal, regulatory, accounting and tax environment that the clients operate within
Gain experience in client interaction and coverage
Provide pre and post trade support to senior salespeople, including preparation of trade tickets, building trades in systems, etc
Create client presentations on products and capabilities
Manage client on-boarding procedures (including KYC, credit, and documentation)"
