Been trying to jump ship for a year. No luck! :(

I have been on the job hunt for nearly a year (though I'm currently employed). I always seem to make it to the final round, but then through a series of events, I never end up getting the offer.

I never used to have any issues getting interviews before, but now it seems like converting to an offer is nearly impossible. Anyone have any advice on making a lateral move successfully? I am itching to move.

Where are you lateraling to? What field are you in now? I would imagine if you keep making it to the final round you're impressive in your own right, but you're getting beat out by people with more WE.
