Best MBA electives/emphasis areas ?

Hello:

Regarding an MBA program which allows for 3 (three) elective courses. I am not sure (I need to ask the school) if one can claim MBA "with emphasis in ________" if all my electives are kept along the same subject matter.

Regarding the below areas, but just don't know which area would be "best", in light of how the US economy/job growth is shaping up. Note that it is fairly common knowledge that health care and the medical field is and will be growing for probably forever (Hospital Administration, etc)

So the question is "What electives would make a resume stand out and/or make one more marketable in light of the US economy/job picture"

Possible electives in ?

1. Underwater basketweaving, it just does not matter your MBA program electives
2. Six Sigma courses leading to a likely Six Sigma Certificate
3. Healthcare management and Healthcare topics aka "Accounting in Healthcare" / "Healthcare Marketing" etc type courses
4. Marketing (MBA already has some of this)
5. Finance (MBA already has some of this)
6. Accounting (not trying to get a CFO job anywhere....FYI) (MBA already has some of this)
7. Organizational Performance / Conflict Resolution / Coaching type courses
8. Take whatever is available and get your MBA as soon as possible and graduate

Career Goals (at this point, still "exploring") are management consulting, healthcare/hospital administration, and investment management. I realize that I may start at an entry-level position in these fields even with an MBA in my pocket.

Thank You
