Best places for a checking account in Philadelphia?

I'm starting as an analyst in Philly, and I wanted to open a checking account at a bank that's prominent in Philly. Here's what I'm looking for:

  1. Free/cheap checking
  2. Lots of ATMs around Philly and its suburbs
  3. Good online banking/bill-pay
  4. Promotional deals.

Any ideas?
