I am an Engineer working in BO for almost the last 2 years. Have been pursuing the CFA and trying to break into ER but without any prior finance experience haven't had much luck.
I was thinking of rebranding myself by going back to school but I am not sure what schools would be the best to break into ER/AM roles and what programs would be the best for doing something like this (I get the impression that 1 year M.Fin programs wont give me the opportunity to intern)
How about an MBA? I'm sure the top 15 place well into ER/AM, but I'm sure you can look up placement reports to see which schools place well in those categories.
