Big 4 second round interview, netherlands
Hi All,
Last Tuesday I had a first interview for a transaction services position with one of the big four in the Netherlands, all was well and after a total of two hours I went home. Today I was called for an appointment for the second interview.
I was told that the second round interview will consist of a two hour interview with two people from the transaction services department. A case will be part of these two hours. After that is a 30 minute break and then, if applicable, the third and final round.
Does anyone know what kind of case to expect? Given that I'm interviewing in the Netherlands I suspect there might be differences. Also I was told its good to ask a lot of questions, but I'm kind of blank on this one, what kind of questions should one ask?
Any insight is greatly appreciated.
Read up on various ways to value a company (DCF, transaction comps, trading comps), know the 3 statements in and out, know how to adjust for exceptional items in the statements to enable apples to apples as part of the trans comps and trading comps workings. Good luck
