BofA: recruit for full-time?

Should I re-recruit for full-time positions at other BBs? Currently interning at BofA and I really, really hate the culture here. Everyone's such a dick because they're constantly trying to compensate for the way BofA is portrayed in the general population and within the industry. Is everyone this fucking snaky at other firms too? I'm not asking for kombucha and Nobu for lunch, I just want a team that isn't shitting on their interns as a "joke" and actually has respect for their peers. The worst fucking part for me is that my analyst non-stop harasses me and this other girl and then the instant a VP or higher pulls around, he acts like the biggest pussy to ever walk this earth, it's actually pathetic. Literally every other analyst except for one is like this. Do I re-recruit or is it just going to be the same at other banks?

Would try re-recruiting full time - also from my experiences as an intern, the people at BofA are lowkey jerks.

Can you add more color ? Have an offer for soph summer IBD and looking to either do M&A or HC. Any specific groups you got that vibe from ?

Currently intern in HC rn and culture is absolutely amazing, everyone is great and super down to earth. This must def be like M&A or smthing , have heard from friends there rn that culture is shit

I think technically yes they expect you to but in reality a good number of people go elsewhere or transfer groups
