Boutique Bank Ghosting Me
Freshman here - Interviewed at a boutique IB firm 3 weeks ago. It went well, and he said he would contact me in the next week or 2 for next steps. I emailed him after the interview to thank him for his time. Didn't get a reply, but people told me usually people don't reply to thank you emails. 2 weeks were over, and I emailed him asking for a status update and telling him I'm still very interested in the position. It's been a week since that and no reply - what do I do?
