Breaking into IB/Consulting
How big a factor is age when it comes to recruiting? I'm 23 and just moved to Europe in pursuance of a Finance degree.
Before moving here, I dropped out of a Chemistry degree that I was doing in Africa. I regret not finishing, but then again I hated every moment of it and always wanted to pursue Finance. My major concern is that I will not be an ideal candidate when recruiting time comes.
Currently trying to compensate for that with learning algo trading on my FX account and doing some excel courses on Udemy.
Is there a real chance of me breaking through despite my age?
