Can anyone shed any light on this team within a top IB? Have a full time offer vs an offer in Credit Risk for the same IB - deciding between the two in terms of comp, skill set developed and exit opps.

What do they do? What are they?
The Goldman conflict group help resolve acute altercations between different desks or people within the Bank. They are essentially a bunch of counselors just like in high school.
not sure about this group. typical the senior pmds decide which client to take if there's a conflict. And also whether they want to play advisor or principal.
