can networking offset Morgan Stanley’s 3.0 GPA requirement?
unfortunately have a 2.9 GPA but have a lot of connections into Morgan Stanley. is the 3.0 requirement enforced?

Not sure if the wording says required or preferred, but it depends how strong your connections are and how much theyre willing to vouch for you. Remember, this isnt college admissions, theres always room to change the rules. My close friend had a similar situation, and her uncle, an MD at the BB, pulled for her.
